How does it work?
- After a brief consultation with Jamie, she will help you register with thePREPARE-ENRICHwebsite so that each individual in the couple will be able to independently fill out the assessment. The fee for the assessment is $35 per couple.
- Following the completion of the online assessment, Jamie will review your assessment results with you and guide you through a series of key exercises that will address your strength and growth areas.
- We recommend 4-8 sessions that will be tailored to your relationship.
- Sessions are 60 minutes long.
