Bio:
I am a marriage and family therapist who works with couples and individuals in New York and New Jersey to transform their relationships and sex lives.
Originally from the UK, I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Edinburgh, and my master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of London. After seven years working internationally as a customer strategy and insights consultant, I shifted my career path and attended Mercy College in New York to earn a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy.
As a marriage and family therapist, I integrate short-term therapy tools alongside deeper systemic therapies to help couples and individuals achieve the relationships and sex lives they desire. To practice systemically means to conduct therapy through the lens of relationships (e.g., to self, partner, family, and culture), even when working with individuals.
My style is thoughtful, engaging, and non-judgmental. I aim to provide a collaborative and welcoming environment in which clients can discover and adopt new ways of thinking, acting, and feeling.
I also bring expertise as an executive coach and a dating, sex, and relationship author to help clients navigate today’s complex environment.
