Nataliya Rusetskaya

Ph.D., LCSW

I am a Clinical Sexologist with a Doctorate degree from AACS and a New York State and New Jersey State licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree from Fordham University. I’m also a certified Imago Couple therapist. In addition, over the past 14 years, I’ve been mentored by Esther Perel on a number of matters concerning couples and relationships and also from 2019 supervised by Dr. Suzanne Iasenza in sex therapy . I specialize in relationship issues for couples and individuals. In my work with couples I assist my clients in developing healthier, more fulfilling and satisfying relationships by finding the key to connection and conflict resolution or help to consciously end the relationship if needed. I offer short-term therapy for various male and female sexual dysfunctions as well.

My professional experience includes working at a wide range of mental health settings such as outpatient mental health clinics of NYC, nonprofit child guidance organization public elementary and high schools, senior citizen center and NYC Hospital system.

I work with individuals and couples to create a therapeutic alliance of trust and safety, to gain better insights about their life challenges, and to assist the clients in reaching their goals and connect better with their loved ones through improved communication patterns and increased intimacy.

Jamie McCoppin

MA, RDT

Jamie McCoppin, MA, RDT is a registered drama therapist with the North American Drama Therapy Association since 2015. She has worked as a drama therapist across the country and in a variety of settings such as schools, hospitals, elderly communities and an outpatient trauma clinic. She has helped individuals, couples and families from ages 3 to 100. Jamie loves watching her clients light up from the inside out when they discover their personal power and creativity.

Today, Jamie uses a variety of methods in her work with individuals and couples, such as Drama Therapy, Trauma Centered Psychotherapy and the Developmental Model. She most recently received training in the Developmental Model from the Couples Institute with Ellyn Bader and Pete Pearson. Using this method allows Jamie to help couples quickly find where they are stuck in their relationship development. This allows her to target the type of relationship skills the couple needs to practice in order to grow the relationship and move forward towards more love, and connection.

Since starting the course in 2020, I have been immersed in the world of Hypnotherapy. By staying committed to reprogramming the subconscious patterns that were running my life, I was able to change and believe that I am enough!

Roxanne Holmes

MFT, MS in Counseling

As a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) with dual Masters in School Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, I have extensive experience providing support to adolescents, adults, and families. I possess a keen interest in diverse relationship dynamics, which has led me to specialize in assisting couples exploring non-monogamous relationships, as well as unique structures like triads. With a compassionate and inclusive approach, my primary goal is to foster understanding and acceptance across various relationship structures and age groups.

In addition to working with couples in both traditional and non-traditional relationships, I also work with individuals and families, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, communication issues, conflict resolution, and coping strategies. I am deeply committed to providing therapeutic support and have undergone specialized training during my internship, particularly in addressing sexual-related issues, under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Nataliya Rusetskaya.

Ekaterina Balykova Noades

My journey began in 2011 when I discovered the power of meditation in changing the neural pathways in my brain. This realization meant that I could create new reactions to situations and shift from destructive behaviors to highly effective and direct ones.

The human body is designed to conserve energy, so any behavioral patterns that aid in survival become ingrained reactions. This makes it challenging to change these reactions since we often aren‘t aware of how we’re perpetuating them, leading to the same results time and again.

However, with the right guidance and support, along with the use of appropriate questioning and learned techniques, anyone can transform their brain and behavior. I have primarily utilized this approach to assist people with personal transformations, coaching individuals in various leadership positions, such as CEOs, vice presidents, department heads, partners, parents, and teachers.

My approach is rooted in Quantum psychology, which allows me to help you navigate the most difficult periods of your life with strength and dignity. By the end, you will emerge with an intact psyche, greater wisdom, increased resilience, a broader perspective, and a clearer understanding of how you operate and how to optimize your functioning.

Over the past decade, I have worked extensively with C-Suite level executives, senior managers, and individuals involved in intense start-up projects. I have served as a mediator in large company meetings and acted as an inspirational coach, helping teams stay united during challenging times in their businesses. I was an educator in Moscow, giving 2-4 hrs long seminars and workshops, extended deep educational 3-7 days long programs in person and on line. Additionally, I have supported individuals dealing with personal loss, terminal illnesses, and mental breakdowns. I am skilled in assisting those grappling with anxiety, stress, and high sensitivity. My services include individual consultations, group meditations, and the creation of products like planners. (I plan to add video courses in the future.)

My approach incorporates a multifaceted blend of Gestalt, psychoanalysis, family constellations, quantum psychology, meditation, and other mindfulness techniques.
